Well after a day of blood sugars out of target range and servere rain stroms I'm so ready to move it move it. But also back on target w/my blood surgars. I also didn't allow myself to beat myself up for high blood sugars. Let yourself know that even if your blood test out of target range... you are still checking IT!
Be good to yourself and happy w/each step you take to care for yourself, big or small they all count ! And so do we diabetics and our loved ones ! ~Kelly:)

February 15th, wow My hard work and keeping focused on my blood sugars and carb in take and walking dvds are really paying off. This pic is from Sept. of last year. I will post a recent picture soon. But I just wanted to give myself some Kuddos! Wow my change in appearence isn't big! but it's there and I can see it. That's what is important. ~Kelly :)

Ok so this is my first post. feb; 14 th 2012
on this loveing of all days, St. Valentines Day ???? I m not sure about the saint part ??? Anywho I will have to reseach that. I m also new to Louisiana and Mardi Gras. So excited about the month of February, my birthday and anniversary included in this month as well as getting my feet wet in my blogg.
